This isn't necessarily the kind of thing I'm turned on by, but I'm legitimately so invested in the storg and needed to know what happened. You did a great job at hooking. It's such a niche writing skill that I don't have (normal) words to explain it with. Bur it's just such an honest story without any cheap tricks.
