Fisting: How long (and deep) should this scene go?

OK the scope of fisting is HUGE. To see why, check out the details here.I'm going to describe what I've got so far at a high level. Some may consider these to be spoilers, so be warned. I'll put some space before I actually list out the content.

Here's what I've got so far:

• 12 long passages
• Some detailed scenes of innocent Amy inserting her fingers into Olivia's vagina until she gets to her fist
• The scene of Amy fisting Olivia vaginally.
• Details of Mia inserting her first finger into Olivia's anus. I gloss over the insertion of the 2,3,4th finger.
• I'm about to start the scene where Mia fists Olivia's ass.

If I cut scope, I'd add these additional details then stop:

• Mia fists Olivia's ass
• An ass-to-vagina fisting moment, to Olivia's dismay
• Someone (dunno who, maybe Mia?) fists Olivia's ass elbow deep

That would cut out most of the mystery ingredients:

• The menthol / tingly lube
• The spicy lube followed by a milk enema
• The futa semen jar
• The muscle relaxant (this was going to lead to an adult diaper)
• The ingredient that neutralizes the lube, causing painal

I'm happy to add these scenes if you guys/gals want! My main concern is the reader (you) will get bored with the fisting scene because it's dragging on too long. As I said, it's 12 long passages already.

My other main concern is it'll look like I'm going too long without a release. It's one thing to say I'm working hard, but it's better to show it by giving you a new release with new content. I get nervous when scenes drag on too long because I think you guys/gals get the impression I'm dragging my heels. I assure you I'm working hard every day on this!
