Happy Halloween!
I promised to make a second update this month, but things didn't really turn out as expected.
What I wanted this video/update to be about:
- At least some Halloween theme, but it's difficult to fit this into my modern/clean style and I scrapped most of it.
- 512x version (some textures needed to be tweaked manually so I couldn't just downscale everything)
- Public Release (by that I mean a version that is complete and will not be updated.)
Actually this update was supposed to be the first public release, since I think it's time for a first version of the textures, that available for everyone. I think that this pack is now somewhat "complete" considering it's specific purpose.
I had everything prepared and set up (an extra video, all the help/info files, etc) but at the end I decided not to release it publicly, since it's disrespectful to my Patreon Supporters. A large number of you are here just to get access to the files, so It's not nice if I just release it publicly. I will wait about 1-2 months until I have enough new content created for you guys, and then I'll release this older R13 update publicly.
It has always been my goal, that I make my content accessible for everyone, once I feel like it's completed and time to move on to other things.
Don't worry, I will continue everything as ususual, only some minor changes.

Added/changed blocks:
- emerald_block (the shader makes them glow now, so I needed to rework it)
- bats (pure black silhouette texture)
- dead_bush
- moon_phases (I actually took the photo myself, as all other textures)
- purple concrete is now used for some random white architectural block
- tweaked a few old textures, especially for the 512x version.
What do I want to try next?
More and more I have the feeling that the high resolution textures are slowing me down a lot. I spend like 90% of the time trying to get some textures look right in close-up. And it's incredible hard to make a texture that looks like I want it in both closeup and seen from a distance.
There are so many cool features in Optifine (like the overaying sand effect) but I can't do more of it since it's just to heavy on performance.
I want to try making low resolution textures, that look good on a large scale (with lots of variations, and using all kinds of optifine features.
mainly Nature themes, so it would work for survival gameplay.
I can't promise anything, but this vould work really good.
Stay tuned!

2020-08-06 10:10:48 +0000 UTCyes thank u I actually stumbled across it in the list when I saw the little rivet looking things.. I couldn't find it b4 cause I was using the search tab ( UMSOEA) and its not showing ALL of the blocks u edited. I like that look of that block ( mostly all concrete ) looks amazing hope to see more color/finishes like that. BTW is there a fix for using the "Side project Files" the emerald block looses its look and is just a basic square that changes color I mainly used that file for the iron trap door with the holes, very impressive

2020-01-20 07:38:05 +0000 UTCI used this texture for purple concrete. For the video I needed something that matches the emerald block style.

Only 1 I can find is the emerald block. ive done the search tab and used every block and cant seem to find these am I missing something. I have swapped between SEUS 10 and 12 and have Umsoea R8 thru R14 ( tested with all files toggled and 1 at a time)

2019-11-05 10:46:46 +0000 UTCOh right, thanks. So the thing I don't understand is... the r13 pack is installed and running.. so why are all plants and trees still looking like default minecraft then? I thought this pack had all the leaves upgrades seen in previous pack?!? They only seem to work when connected to his test server. But not when I just create a new random world locally.

2019-11-04 13:57:54 +0000 UTChey great work on the new update im digging it but can u work on the daylight sensor's and ladders thanks a bunch also redo grass blocks
2019-11-04 13:38:03 +0000 UTCim sorry but half of my blocks arent even textured?
2019-11-04 08:04:01 +0000 UTCThank you for lowering the resolution, but the original emerald blocks are more textured.
2019-11-02 11:11:59 +0000 UTCI'm new to this texture pack (and the SEUS shader) so I am confused about how to install all textures. Do I have to install ALL packs R1 to R13 to get all the textures? I have installed all R13 down to R5a (previous ones say incompatible). But it appears that it is only using the R13 pack? All my plants/trees/flowers still appear as default minecraft look?! Am I doing something wrong? Does order of shader packs matter? I have ordered with R13 at top and default minecraft pack at bottom.
