How to install maps:
Go to your ".minecraft" folder > "saves" folder.
Extract the downloaded .zip files in there.
Make sure the folder structure is the same as in the folders of your other maps.

It might be that your computer doesn't have enough resources allocated for Minecraft or that your computer doesn't have enough resources to handle it at this point.
