I definitely think there’s a lot of symbolism in this video. Owls usually represent wisdom, which makes sense with the "money can't buy sixth sense / no real friends" lyrics. I also think the wings she has at the end are specifically owl wings, and the POV kind of mirrors the owl’s flight from the beginning. So it feels like she’s saying she is the owl—like she embodies that wisdom. The lotus flower is another strong symbol since it represents strength and growth, especially because it grows in mud and murky water. I think that really fits with "in the dark I grew"—she’s talking about growing through all the hate and dark times thrown at her and still blooming anyway. And I think with the title Zen but it being so strong is kind of showing the true strength in being Zen. Like the kind of Zen she shows feels like the kind of Zen a master martial artist has—calm, unshaken, and in control, but also powerful. Like she’s reached a point where outside noise doesn’t affect her because she’s already mastered herself. Exactly like you said a different level of warrior. Lyrics like "thick skin layers like chains on chains on chains/wear the pressure on my neck and rings" show that too (such a bar btw, talking about turning the pressure into diamonds and wearing them like bitch please). There’s definitely a theme of transformation and self-awareness in the video, showing how she’s risen above everything and gained wisdom from it. It’s such a masterpiece imo (if you couldn’t tell by the novel I just wrote in this comment lol 😅).
