BU #2 - On Stage: Prologue

Comments

Iโ€™m so late watching this, but havenโ€™t been on top lately mentally. But Iโ€™m here and I really enjoy the journey we are on โ˜บ๏ธ somehow the stuff about them being stronger and happier together hits hard knowing Jin is enlisting soon ๐Ÿ’œ

I am enjoying your journey.

I am enjoying your analysis of the BU. You are helping me understand the whole story better. I know the story but not that deep and I never really got it! Lol. BUT, I have never read the notes or seen the WEBTOON, so thereโ€™s that. I love your inquisitive / investigative mind, and your knowledge of cinematography, is so helpful. Keep on keepinโ€™ on! ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’œ loving the journey!! (Michele)

This ending was so powerful and now am in suspense ! I love how the story froze when Tae lept off the tower. Can't wait for next chapter. #mesmerized ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ˜‰

Oh my goodness. I cannot wait to watch more... I just want to binge your analyses! I've been waiting for this since you first watched Fire. LOL I also wonder if you are going to do the Japanese versions? And you are correct sir: still in the shallow end of the pool. The Wings Era is when the story line starts to become more flushed out and the imagery takes on a whole new level. The cinematography becomes even more breath-taking, so you'll appreciate that, and those "detective ARMY eyes" will serve you well. I am so enjoying your spelunking expedition! ๐Ÿ’œ

This probably wont change anything, but the translations are slightly incorrect- In Korean, you donโ€™t need subject pronouns in statements (I, you, we, they). The subject is implied, so for example โ€œYou can smile when we are togetherโ€ is more โ€œSmiling is possible when togetherโ€. Very slight change, but the connotation is different because itโ€™s open-ended. BTW I havenโ€™t had this much fun doing a watch-along in a long time. I Love how you break down your thought process and I really feel like I am exploring the BU in a first-time lens. Fighting!
