2018-08-05 22:39:32 +0000 UTCthere might be another reason for it to be marked as defective since ownership of X-ray tubes often requires registration and you are not allowed to sell working X-ray devices second hand. $5 Absatz 5 <a href="https://www.gesetze-im-internet.de/r_v_1987/index.html" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">https://www.gesetze-im-internet.de/r_v_1987/index.html</a> I have been designing and installing X-ray based analysis systems at a factory for thin-film solar cells in Germany in the past. Since these did not have a general license ("Bauartzulassung") each individual system had to be checked by the authorities.
