R|E 0.4.0 - Quarterly Release (HOTFIX)
Added 2022-08-29 00:39:57 +0000 UTCThis is a quick update to all of you in relation to R|E. After accepting the NPC's tenancy, there were a couple of reports on tenancy termination. We were able to reproduce the issue, and a hotfix has been added. Please update to version 0.4.0.0-7.0, and be sure you have the latest Bills version attached to the R|E post as well.
Also, a frequent question we are getting on the optional social interactions of "Get to Know" and "Ask about Career." EA recently moved these options when there are too many Friendly interactions to the Likes and Dislikes submenu. Please check there before coming to Support.

- Fixed a bug where the game would reload the rental property lot instead of going home after a successful Tenant Interview.

Hi SimRealist, thanks for your time and your clear answer. For some reasons I ignore, the suggested rent amount do not cover land taxes. for example, for a land I would have to pay 3000 taxes for 4 weeks, the suggested rent is 500, so that would have me lose 1000 per 4 weeks. If I increase the rent cost in order to cover taxes, the renter do not pay its rent.

Maybe on further updates, we will be able to decide the right moment to visit the new property after purchase.

I know this frenquently happen in real life, but in game that is not really fun, and I was wondering if you could reduce the quantity of unpaid rent to 10% maximum ? that would be enough and that would really help to pay land use fees when taxes are due.

2022-09-20 00:00:35 +0000 UTColá, poderia me tirar uma duvida, instalei a ultima atualização, porem alguns diálogos como aqueles de aluguel, principalmente a parte de alugueis não aparecem pra mim, aparece a caixa de dialogo mas nada escrito, poderia me dizer se este mod entra em conflito com algum outro? já tirei tudo, mas ainda assim não funcionou..... gostaria de dizer que amo seus mods eles são essenciais para um jogo mais realista.
