R|E 0.4.0 - Quarterly Release (ALPHA)
Added 2022-07-17 05:08:47 +0000 UTCRENTALS ARE FINALLY HERE! I know everyone is super pumped for this update if my inbox, comment notification, Discord Server posts, and Discord DMs are any indication. We love the excitement and can't wait to hand over the first part of this update.
With that being said, this update will focus more on the Landlord's side of the Rental Agreement, and the update following this one will have some additions to the Tenant side of things. For instance, the ability for one of your active households to rent one of the properties available in the R|E Marketplace would be something we would like to target in the upcoming addition. This is not me saying we didn't make the interactions between Landlord and Tenant interactive in this update. You know we don't do things halfway 😉
Soooo...now for the long-awaited update. See below for a summary of what is included.

Summary of Changes
We added/changed the following:
- Rental Property Management: For that time in your Sim's life where they own multiple pieces of property and would like those properties to start working in their favor, this update brings in additional functionality to make that happen.
- Baseline Tenancy Management: This update adds support for not only rental property but also a foundational tenant experience. In other words, this is just the beginning of what we plan to add to the Tenant Experience. This update is focused chiefly on the Landlord side of the equation.
- Moonwood Mill and Werewolf Support: Would your Sim like to brave the unknown and live in the mystical land of Moonwood Mill? Well, you don't have to send them through the EA Move System in order to make that happen. This world has been added to avoid NPC Werewolf social interaction during R|E transactions.
- Improved Negotiation Battles and Multiple Properties Ownership: Updated the existing Process for an all-around better experience based on feedback we received after our prior release.
- Additional Small Enhancements and Fixes

2022-07-23 21:10:42 +0000 UTCI had interviews with the tenants but never the option to click if I want them to rent the property. As soon as the interview process was over I’d start all over again getting an interview set up and it never gave me the option to make the decision
