Basically anytime I keep a dream journal for longer than a week or two and do reality checks regularly I will have them. They are very cool I like them more than I liked astral projecting, projecting made me have a lot more trouble with depersonalization and dissociation which I did NOT love but lucid dreaming is so much fun and way less work

It’s quite involved but it’ll get you there. Also for lucid dreaming which is wayyy easier and about as fun, the book A Field Guide to Lucid Dreaming is a wonderful read
