Hello there! WATCH YOUR EARS.

This is a little glitch sound maker I patched up. FYI I am on a Macbook Pro M2 and this little monster runs the CPU up to about 24-26%. i'll include a sample of the results as well if you don't have Ableton.

How it works: Load it up on to a MIDI track and press any note. It will start to make sound and it won't stop until your computer blows up, or you turn off HOLD on the arpeggiator or start and stop Ableton's transport. Even then, a note my ring out indefinitely.

Apreggiator is on HOLD with a square wave LFO modulating between Sync and Free. In the case of Synce a note is triggered every bar, in the case of Free, the rate is modulated by an Envelope follower that is after the Reverb and Shifter, but before the second layer of OTT and Drum Buss.Then there are 6 expression controls all set to Random. Every note that is fired they modulate almost all params of the Wavetable synth, Drive and Base on the Saturator, Frequency on a four band EQ, Size, Decay and input filter on the Reverb, Course, Spread, window, delay, feedback and drywet on the shifter. The Envelope Follower has gain, rise, and fall modulated by 3 different LFOs. OTT and Drum Buss come before the reverb and shifter, and then once again after (for good measure). You can also turn HOLD off on the arp and fire off trigs with MIDI. Great way to either make samples, or add flare to something. I can imagine this working well being side chained to a kick drum, or reverse gated so that when some element of your track stops this madness will come rushing through to fill the void.
