Interlude Of Spiders and Caves

The young adventurer adjusted her equipment as she peered into the darkness. They’d come to Bordertown a few weeks ago but ended up cutting their teeth on little quests around town for days on end. Yesterday they had finally had a chance to challenge the dungeon and her party had been doing rather well, at least until the fifth floor. Getting past the boss had been a tiring affair but they’d managed... barely.

Their leader Jin had decided to press on after that. There wasn’t much known about the sixth floor. Hell, not many people reached the fifth floor. She was pretty sure it was due to how many low level adventurers were here. Young dungeons didn’t often attract elites, but she had noticed some C rank adventurers and the occasional B rank around. Her party had the B rank Jin, and she wasn’t that weak herself.

At the time exploring further hadn’t seemed that bad an idea. They’d had a chance to rest after the battle so they weren’t too winded. Some of their supplies had been used up, but they had plenty in reserve. Equipment wise they had been good as well. In hindsight, she wished they’d gone back instead. The girl didn’t even know where Jin was, nor did she know where the other two members of their party were. She’d been separated from them hours before by a trap, and finding traps wasn’t really her skillset. Gaoren was their scout and it was his job to locate those things. She sighed as she recalled the turn of bad luck that had led to her being here.

Gaoren had been at the head of the group, disarming a trap. Jin was on lookout, she’d been watching the rear with Beth, their party mage. A roar drew her attention to three minotaurs charging at them from ahead. None of them had noticed the other demon on the ceiling until it was too late. The spider girl managed to bite Gaoren while they were distracted by the minotaurs. Jin wisely called a retreat when it happened, but it was just her luck that in the middle of all that she’d step on a pitfall. That had been two hours ago and she’d seen neither hide nor tail of her party since then. If it was any other dungeon she might be panicking, but this was a lust aligned dungeon. Besides, she was a girl so the worst that could happen was waking up naked at the dungeon entrance. Unlike boys who’d wake up naked and female.

Nothing seemed to present itself in the gloom, but she couldn’t help looking at the magic stone powering her lamp. It was her last one and it was half depleted. She regretted not packing more magic stones, but usually she didn’t need them. Maybe she should have learned a light spell? A sigh left her, it was a bit late for regrets.

A noise drew her attention, she raised her lamp, her eyes sweeping over a wall. Yet nothing presented itself in the gloom. Was something out there? Or was her mind playing tricks on her? After a moment she picked up the pace, her eyes constantly on guard for something, anything.

Another noise, something hard clacking against something hard. Click, clack, click clack. It echoed in her ears, but when she turned nothing. Her eyes looked up, the ceiling was smooth, empty. Made of the same intricately fitted dark stone bricks as the walls. Not one stone out of place. She wasn’t alone in here, was she? Her heart started beating faster and she peered once more into the dark. Looking again for another sign. Again nothing, yet that feeling she was being stalked grew stronger. Her mouth going dry, she squeaked, “Is something out there?”

Silence was her only answer, but that didn’t make her feel better. Turning back, she hurried along. Sound reached her ears again, click clack, click clack. Now she was certain something was out there, but yet again her eyes failed to find it. She knew not what demon it was, but she could rule out more than a few. It couldn’t be a minotaur, they weren’t stealthy while Harpies didn’t like cramped spaces like this. Meanwhile a Lamia demon didn’t fit either, they wouldn’t make a clicking sound. Some kind of spider demon perhaps? It would fit. Or maybe, it was an evolved demon girl? They tended to learn magic, one with stealth and illusion spells would fit too. Or perhaps something she had not seen before? Her mind flitted with images of monsters each more fantastical than the last.

Her light flickered as she turned a corner, click clack, click clack. That same ominous noise reached her ears. Louder this time, whatever it was had drawn closer. She whirled, her light casting shadows upon the walls but no monster appeared. The light flickered again. Idly she glanced at the stone, measuring the charge. How’d it get so low? Wasn’t it half full a moment ago? The noises echoed through the dark gloomy hall once again, she jumped in her skin. She hurried her steps, thankful she had not run into another trap.

A thought she soon regretted as she suddenly found herself stuck in place. Fidgeting she began to notice the sticky threads now wrapping around her slim limbs, restraining her movements. Every movement only tangled her up more. Damn it they’d been completely hidden in the gloom, she’d run right into them. As sweat trickled down her back as the damn click clack, click clack echoed in her ears. It was drawing closer. Her light flickered and then went out, the stone finally giving out, leaving her entirely in the dark. For a moment or two all she could sense was her rapidly beating heart and the ominous clacking sound as it drew ever closer.

She jumped in her skin at the sudden feeling of something touching her back. Something wet ran across her ear, just before a voice tickled her ears, with a giggling lilt, “Well, aren’t you just delectable!”

She gulped. In that moment she knew she’d fucked up this run. The only question was what would that mess up cost her? It certainly didn’t seem like this demon would just kill her and be done with things. A song entered her ears, a melody that stirred the soul and brought with it a story of peace and tranquility. A yawn left her and the world faded away.

The young adventurer blinked the light out of her eyes, her mind slowly catching up to what she saw. It took a good minute for the smells, sounds and sights to properly resolve and for a second she wondered how she got here and why she couldn’t move her limbs. Then her memories caught up to her. She’d been captured; by a demon she’d never seen no less.

In a new light she took in her surroundings, dozens of girls, many of them tied up like she no doubt was, were receiving the attentions of various spider demons. Moans and heated breaths filled the room. The girl felt herself grow warm watching it. Juices began to dribble down her leg, the sight was rather hot. The danger wasn’t lost on her and she found herself squirming in restraints, just as a voice caught her from behind. “Awake dear? Care for some fun?”

She gulped, “Um, uh, maybe?”

The other girl giggled, “I don’t know,” the girl gasped as a hand ran across her sex. Fingers sticky with juices soon shown before her eyes, “Your body certainly seems interested.”

She flushed, “Okay, uh, maybe a little.”

More giggles filled her ears, “You’re so cute!”

The girl decided to change tracks, “Meimei, you?”

“Keri,” replied the spider as she came into view. Meimei took a sharp breath, the other girl was downright gorgeous. Flowing silky black hair, bright green eyes set in a regal face, large firm breasts on a solid frame. Her carapace gleamed in the light of the nest.

Focusing on other things she asked, “So um Keri? Were you the one who???”

“Caught you? Sure did! I had a lot of fun.”

“I see, um what about my friends?”

The other girl adjusted her sight and Meimei gasped as she took in Beth. The other girl was restrained with spider silk, a spider between her legs licking at her sex. While another was behind her kneading her breasts. The girl cried out, her eyelids fluttering as her body spasmed. A clear orgasm. It seemed she’d not been lucky enough to get away.

“What about Jin? Gaoren?”

“Your male companions? I think they are in the other room getting attention from the younger girls.”

“Younger girls?” she took another look, “Um they don’t seem old here.”

Keri giggled, “Worried they might be kids? Don’t be, only girls who have had their menarche are allowed to play these games. Of course most of the girls in the other room only recently had their menarche. A factor that makes them most eager to play.”

“Isn’t that a little young?”

“For humans perhaps, but not us. It’s quite normal for a young mother to end up with eggs not long after her menarche.” Keri shifted a frown on her face, “You don’t know much about spiderkin do you?”

“Not really no.”

“Let me enlighten you then, we are among the most prolific, be it lust demon or other form of spiderkin, you’ll find we procreate a fair bit more than our counterparts. For us, a mother may end up carrying eggs soon after her menarche, once said eggs are fertilized they will remain in the womb for about three months during which time the egg develops and builds a nutrient surplus. When the egg is ready, we spin a special sack and begin laying our clutch. The typical clutch has about a dozen eggs, but may reach nearly three times that size. After being laid, a mother spider will watch her clutch for several months before they are ready to hatch. Upon hatching she provides the clutch with nourishment and protects them as they grow. This is somewhat different from our lesser cousins who aren’t as caring towards their young, but I don’t blame them, they have far more babies in a clutch.” Keri drew closer, “Now care to help me start one?”

Meimei nodded as her face flushed. What followed was one of the most pleasurable sessions she’d ever had. One thing she had to say about Keri was the other girl certainly knew how to stimulate a girl.
