After several 6000 calorie binge days I was not today simply due to not being organized enough to able of going above 3000 calories, so I had to top up before bed…
Moving forwards I hope to stockpile on more different snack types I can have at work to keep my calories up on days where I forget lunch or can’t buy a whole pizza (or 2) to satiate my insatiable appetite.
