How often will new Lux Cache content be posted?

New content from the Lux Cache team will be posted in two different timelines: "Seasons" and "Flow":

• the "Season" drops featuring Sample packs, synth presets, project files and more will be released roughly every 1-4 months. We want to balance spending the time to make sure every detail of the Season drops are refined and curated to be totally unique, while also providing a regular stream of content for everyone subscribed. 
• "Flow" content, such as tutorials, written articles on production insight, fundraisers and season reviews where you can submit your feedback will be posted spontaneously.

Is my subscription committed to any timeframe?

Not at all! You can remain a subscriber for as long or as little as you wish. Upon initial subscription, you will be charged upfront for your monthly cost and can terminate your subscription at any time via the Patreon tools provided. 

How can I hear what I'm getting?

Previews for all sample packs, preset packs, audio effects and more can be found in separate posts from the download posts. All previews are available to the public to hear.

Why aren't there any presets for my preferred DAW/VST available?

With future drops we will be expanding content to Logic Pro & FL! The team is still developing and looking to branch out. All sample packs are in .wav and will be compatible with any DAW. If you want to see your DAW/VST mentioned, be sure to comment on the end of the season review posts that will come out in a few weeks.

Can I submit content to Lux Cache?

We will be looking to expand our team in the future, as well as doing some Free community packs, and charity fundraising packs for those looking to send their sounds in. 

How can I contact the Lux Cache team?

The most efficient and responsive contact is via Patreon messages or the official Twitter & Instragam Lux Cache pages where DMs are open to everyone. Please do not send sounds in through these methods or message Lux Cache team members' personal contacts directly.
