That happened to me too before I began flossing regularly, then that went away. If the problem persists, see a dentist. I know some folks have a propensity to ignore problems like this, because who wants to think about that, but... this is the kind of thing it's best to stay on top of.

Yup, basically bleeding gums is often a sign that you aren't taking care of your teeth regularly. Keep flossing and the bleeding will fade away :)

I bought a pack of individually wrapped floss picks and keep a couple in my purse. Pretty cheap, and easily worth every penny. Highly recommend them!
