in the year 202X crime has reached a level so high that the justice system has no more room to host convicts... soooo... thanks to a brilliant idea, some scientists managed to do the impossible and create the first ever Shrunken House of Recuperation for InterNational Kriminal (the "SHRINK")...

No idea what it's gonna be called, if it'll be called anything fancy or some sh*t.
Point is, you're the CEO of this prison/administration/infirmary/legal office.
Problem is.. you've got an uncontrollable desire to be shrunk and see the high heeled gorgeous woman in the office as the goddesses you want them to become.
That's when, one day, overcome by absolute boredom and a desire to push your limits beyond the safety line........................

Technically yeah lol but in the tiny universe laws are all screwed up. :P The was a sci-fi comedy where they shrunk with a molecular compressor and were weak AF so who knows anymore..
