"Charge Patrons up front"

I want to warn my patrons that today I plan to add a feature: "Charge Patrons up front".
This will not affect permanent patrons in any way, but new patrons will be charged the day they become a patron, then on the 1st of the month going forward.
There is one small nuance, if you enable such a feature, it will be impossible to turn it off.
