I honestly think it's still too big but this size for some reason gives the least glitches

For when he charges up though, maybe you could make it look like the charging aura in this picture: https://dragonball.fandom.com/wiki/File:SSGSSS_UTP_Goku.PNG https://dragonball.fandom.com/wiki/File:Universal_Power_SSB.PNG It's sort of like a white inner aura and a light blue outter aura. Maybe you could use the Super Saiyan Blue Evolution aura as a base and just retexture it or something.

My only source of feedback is to put the small bit of dark blue color surrounding the entire aura inside the aura against Goku, and let the white/blue color of the aura surround that part. Other than that very good!
