One of your longest running fans - never caught on to your politics. You have all the opinions of someone who is completely out of touch and has not even the slightest indication that you may be wrong. Spoiler alert: you are. Unsubscribing.

Being from canada and it being cold now, i find myself longing for that warming ramen. Hope you are staying warm and safe, and having a lovely christmas season.

We spent a week in Shikoku a couple years back during my third trip to Japan - highly recommended. We spent a couple days in the interior in Oboke, barely survived the trip back to civilization because all the trains were cancelled due to heavy rains (long range taxis for the win), and spent 5 wonderful days in Matsuyama (the castle is really amazing, as were the variety of orange/citrus tastings). We actually ate at the same sushi place that's in the video for our 20th anniversary and the staff were incredibly kind and accommodating of our nearly non-existent Japanese -- Shh.. don't tell anyone so we can keep it a secret! (but if you DO visit Matsuyama, consider stopping into Enban Music and Cafe Bar (and every record bar you can find across Japan).)

Id eat all of that stuff, im not a picky person at all when it comes to food. I also love to try anything once. But since its basically winter, the udon and absolutely greasy looking Tokushima ramen looks so good and warming, id be gorging myself.

All the dishes look great. For me, the robata grill excited me the most. I like how they grill the fish, but it is still sashimi on top of the cooked skin. It looked so good, and unique than what you normally see in Sashimi. Also, I love the return to the roots with you vlogging. At the same time, we love the produced videos with Paul or someone else on camera.

Really love these posts! Thank you for putting in the effort 😄

I crave chicken. And the grilled meats...oof I was so hungry from that video 🐱

You are hard on your self, I love all that you do.

Had both the young and old chicken. Wakadori was very tender, but the old one was tough. 😂

Steven

The chicken was waaaaay up there, but is it greedy to say i want all the things? We were in Takamatsu, and ate ourselves into a Udon coma. And I'll do it again people. Yes I will. ✨️
