HEY GUYS** This Live Show has been rescheduled to 22:00 JST on Sunday 28th. I've not taken the decision lightly (it's the first time I've done this in almost 4 years). However, this morning due to some technical errors with today's new Abroad in Japan video, I've been up until 04:30am, meaning best case scenario I'd be doing the live show on 2 hours sleep.
It's doable, but it wouldn't be much fun for anyone to watch and a wasted opportunity as there's lots of news to discuss!
With that in mind, I'm moving the show to 10pm this evening and I hope as many of you possible can still join. In the meantime, be sure to check out the brand new video on Why I Don't Watch Japanese TV (https://youtu.be/mtnVU4BU39E) and I hope to see you tonight!

I'll be waking up at the shockingly early time of 07:30am - coffee(s) in hand - to catch up with you, answer your questions, and discuss all the awesome stuff that's been happening this month.
Because while June was outwardly a quiet month, it couldn't have been busier behind the scenes.
I've just got back from my first trip to Tokyo since February, and ended up filming half a dozen videos with Tokyo Creative, and featuring on Joey the Animeman's new Podcast/channel "Trash Taste" as their first guest (out next week).
I've also been planning out a road trip series, a treasure island adventure with Natsuki and filmed three new videos.
Apologies for the delay on the latest video about Why I Hate Japanese TV; unsurprisingly given it was my first time to use a blue screen in a video, there were some technical issues to work around. (Now let us never speak of blue screens again).
But the video is good to go and being uploaded over the weekend so keep an eye out.

2020-06-25 13:42:24 +0000 UTCWhen i listened to the newest podcast episode and Chris and Pete talked about the recently uploaded video about why Chris hates japanese TV i had to check if i missed something. Turns out I didn't. Looks like a mixture of the technical difficulties he mentioned in this post and the fact that the podcasts are recorded a while before they are uploaded. But yeah, it ended up being pretty confusing.
