Hey everyone!
I hope you all had a pleasant weekend - lots to discuss today!

Firstly, I put your questions to Natsuki and you can now check out the Patreon exclusive Q&A video here. Expect ridiculous answers.

So we had two new videos released over the last few days; somehow they both ended up trending on Youtube and got a silly amount of views in a short space of time. The channel passed 500,000 subscribers last week and now thanks to these two videos it's already at 520,000!
For those who missed the videos they are:

Later this week I've got a tv appearance presenting an NHK episode, and also the opening of the new merchandise store (my favourite design is the one I'm wearing in the Natsuki Q&A video). I'll update you on both of these things in an upcoming post!
Finally, I watched a great movie yesterday called "Minbo: The Gentle Art of Japanese Extortion" by my favourite Director Juzo Itami. I've talked about him in the past, as he directed my favourite Japanese film "Tampopo" (1985), which I cant recommend enough.
Juzo Itami was a popular director in the 80's and 90's, who's films usually had an underlying satirical component and a bit of a wacky unconventional narrative structure. Unfortunately, he satirised the Yakuza one too many times (particularly in the movie "Minbo") and they ending up throwing him off a building to his death in 1997, ending his colourful career. Since then, his movies have been quite difficult to get hold of, so I do whatever I can to promote them whenever I find them.
Fortunately, you can watch "Minbo" in high quality on Youtube with English subtitles; https://youtu.be/21AWfiDY9TM
God bless whoever uploaded it! I've tried looking for this movie for 2 years!
Please enjoy it while it's still there! It's hilarious.
Have a great start to the week!
