He said, "It's not so much what I consider to be canon as it is what I assume most playthroughs are like. Obviously, I can't do branching versions for each set of potential outcomes, and I can't just gloss over things as important as the Forlorn Hope. Instead, I worked with the assumption that most completed playthroughs would fail to save Elson, and would either refuse to volunteer for the Forlorn Hope, or get Havenport to allow joint command."

I’m sorry, what was Cataphrak’s answer to your question? I can’t see it on this thread..

Ah. That makes perfect sense. Does this also mean that you assume that on most playthroughs our character is friends with Cazarosta? And, as always, thank you for your speedy reply.

So this report is not a report that assumes that our player character never existed from certain references I picked out, I gather. So, if you would be so kind, Cataphrak, can you please tell us the choices that you consider canon. Such as, obviously, the fact that Cazarosta received his brevet promotion and also becomes a Major. (Also possible that our player character may be a "close relationship" of his.) Other choices or outcomes such as that would be greatly appreciated.
