Once you get your music out there, that being via dj support, label releases and self promo, you will most likely start to get bookings as well. Next to that, going to shows and networking with people in your local scene who organize events and stuff like that will also make it more likely for you to get bookings. Personally I just did my best to release music and let it speak for itself and get bookings that way, even though that is a longer route.

I have a question: How did you make the transition from being an artist to a DJ? I heard you talk about emailing DJ's your music, but how can that transition to getting gigs/playing shows? Did you reach out to certain people or venues to get gigs, and how did you find those people? or did you just only focus on releasing music and let people reach out to you to get gigs?

As an aspiring artist who started their project last year , this video was very inspiring and introspective for me ^_^. Been listening to your stuff for awhile and fun fact you actually gave me advice in Noah's discord for when I was playing a gig in Nashville. Keep it up with the good content and I can't wait to see continue to earn recognition you deserve. πŸ’–
