Awakening the 12 petals of the heart chakra (anhata)

Love emanates from the solar plexus chakra (528hz on the solfeggio scale) into the heart chakra. The average heart chakra healing works on the six petals but this grows into 12 petals of higher values. The 12 petals are:

1. Kam: bliss

2. Kham: peace

3. Gam: harmony

4. Gham: love

5. Ngam: understanding

6. Cham: empathy

7. Chham: clarity

8. Jam: purity

9. Jham: unity

10. Nyam: compassion

11. Tam: kindness

12. Tham: forgiveness

but there is a similar exercise used in the kabbalistic tradition where you envision a circle in your chest and with each correspondence of the zodiac beginning with aries you progress through the zodiac wheel. So find the corresponding gemstone for aries and call the energy of aries into the 1 o'clock position in your chest. Then move to the 2 o'clock position and call on taurus energy. The 1 o'clock position is to the left of your chest. This is a heart expanding meditation and will expand the 'cave of manifestation' which I will post on soon!
