Update
Added 2024-04-26 22:12:48 +0000 UTCThe month of April has been known to be quite fiery, and this year has been no different. Coupled with a list of celestial events coincinding, I found the month quite challenging. Almost like I was trapped in the desert without water. I have found the following mudra to be helpful in dealing with a number of issues I experienced. Immense dryness of the mouth and burning feet and the nerves. The mudra is called the varun mudra and there are a number of variations to it. It is to place the the tip of the thumb to any part of the pinky finger of the hand. This balances the water element. I chose to do it at the root of the pinky but anywhere on the pinky will do. Consistency is key, so if you do it at the tip then keep it at the tip and if you chose the root then continue with at the root. 15 minutes a day is really helpful and within the first few minutes you will feel saliva being released in your mouth. You can also do it sitting or standing and anytime of the day.
I have also been practing another mudra for opening the crown. It is know as Mahamayuri Mudra and see this video for further details:

Hello PI. Thanks for your work. I have a question: How to not damage nervous system when listening to all kinds of fields? I stumbled across many individuals claiming they fried their central nervous system by listening to all kinds of fields. Do you have some tricks, or a cure for that? Thanks
