Power of Dance

Dance or body movement is an important practice in the body's connection, communication and relationship to spirit. There are certain dance movements that can make it easier to embody more spirit and move the kundalini energy. It also works to stimulate creativity and work through emotional blocks by feeling through the body.

This file helps develop the core skills to be a good dancer. It will help to be more flexible and develop more intuitive learning of certain dance moves. It draws influence and learning from different dance systems such as the waltz, tango, belly dance, break dancing, dabke, Circassian dance and the famous rumi dervish dancing to name a few.

Even if dancing is something you are not interested in, by listening to the file you will be expand into the body as a purely spiritual and mind expansion exercise. If it is something that interests you, it should help develop and advance your practice by connecting to the spirit and core essence of the dance
