Diaphragm chakra expansion and healing

It's a point in which the right brain and left brain essentially begins to work as one, opening up to whole brain thinking. The counter part to this chakra in the 5th Dimension is called the core star chakra which is where the subject of chakra removal comes in. This audio will stimulate the etheric chakra but will not open to the core star unless you have proceeded with the chakra removal file. It also combines an exercise called the diaphragm vacuum. It's an exercise for expanding the the diaphragm and the ribs but also helps strengthens the alignment of the spine, detoxes the organs, aligns crown and root, assists with the flow of kundalini and the microcosmic orbit.

2023-10-29 06:34:57 +0000 UTCSo it sits between the lower heart chakra and the solar plexus chakra. Some call it the diaphragm chakra or the higher solar plexus. Some actually think it is the solar plexus but it's not. In the 5d core star it's where the higher self will sit in its power because the old solar plexus is about will power which now belongs to the higher self or I am presence. Within the chakra system the higher self sits in the heart center where love is the key to connecting to your higher self. Here you are becoming your higher self over time.
