Take your power back

There are many situations in life in which we surrender our power to others. Sometimes we don't realise that we're even doing it. It might be a financial decision, or agreeing to something in a relationship that violates our own instincts and intuition. This results in a massive loss of energy and power that we need to reclaim. We can fix patterns of behaviour or heal past abuse but if we keep allowing for our power to feed the situation or person we just keep recreating the patterns. This works in a similar way to soul fragment retrieval but with regards to personal power. I am working on a soul fragment file but for the time being the ayahuasca file I made assists with that a lot and I think it will help with this file too. We've all experienced loss of power, whether it's at work or school or with a toxic relationship. It leads to not just a loss of control over the situation but leads to us keeping our guards low and we continue to give up that power breeding resent, regret and unworthiness. It's high time that we learn to take it back and keep it for ourselves as we truly deserve.
