They are very similar to the three treasuries in the QiGong tradition but it operates at a different frequency that corresponds to kundalini awakening. It is a lifelong practice and I visited Istanbul recently where I passed a major and final test to my awakening. I have attempted to update the file with my experiences during my test.

The granthis are described as psychic knots that correspond to three caves in which exist reservoirs of immense manifestation energy. There are three manifestations of these energies, the creative which in the Hindu tradition is identified as brahma, the preservative which is identified as Vishnu and the destructive which is identified with Shiva. In some sufi traditions they are described as three palaces and three gates in other traditions. Qi Gong is an energy cultivation practice but through kundalini awakening we are trying to draw closer to Source/God.

In the last stage, you annihilate the self to such a degree that all falsehood around you is destroyed through the manifestation of the Truth in your life. You are a guardian of the Divine's secret and the Divine becomes a guardian of your secret. It's a uniquely intimate connection with source. It's one of the major tests I had to go through but my health has taken a huge hit. I will try to respond to messages as soon as I practically can.
