The solar plexus chakra is the largest chakra in the chakra system and has a profound impact on the third eye chakra too. It can affect how you perceive yourself and the world around you.
The solar plexus chakra is where we hold our defences to self love and the love others. Our heart walls form in this chakra as a defence mechanism to protect the heart when it feels hurt. Also it's the key to shielding and where people struggle with entities the most. It is also the home of the inner child for most because it's where it feels the safest.
