Plea of the Oppressed

The spiritual/angelic forces will determine if a person is truly oppressed and seek to provide a peaceful solution to the situation. If this does not work, then they will send a clear warning to the oppressor to stop what they are doing. If this warning is not heeded then they will be punished or removed from your sphere of influence. When dealing with an oppressive ruler or dictator, it's likely going to take a number of people in the community focusing on them for this to work.
