apologies for the lack of personal content lately!

ive been dealing with some burnout as of late, and i’ve been stuck in that cycle of “need to make money -> work on comms -> constant catchup if i slow down -> no motivation when i have personal time”. working from home has been a blessing and a curse and it’s my first year being fully self employed, so im still trying to figure out the rhythms of getting work done and balancing mental rest.

comm progress has been going well but i know a lot of you subscribe for maddie and miya (and that laboratory sequence which will still happen) so i appreciate your patience!

i’ve been taking some slow days to try and unwind a bit and not push myself to the limit, and that also means not trying to force personal art when i’m out of juice (hah). the gears are still turning for personal work, but just very softly, and im starting up figure drawing classes again so that should give me a nice boost of practice.

im very grateful for you all for supporting me! i try to at least put a lot of oomph in the artwork i do manage to get done. more fun things are yet to come!
