Glossary Poll/Survey

I wanted to do a short survey regarding game glossaries. Patreon doesn't really let you ask multiple poll questions in a single post so we are doing a google form. This one is really short and simple as I'm not seeking any in depth advice - just trying to get a general sense for how people interact with in-game glossaries.
For those also on Discord, you probably have seen me discussing and somewhat explaining my thought process here.
As always, I kind of have an idea of how I will likely address this as well as what options are. But it's always interesting to see how people answer questions like this.
