This Week's Summary:

Worked on 1 Caissa CG set

The Ramble:

So this week I worked the entire week on the mid-route kiss CGs (the first kiss for most characters). I have these nearly done. Ari's was already complete and now everyone else's are nearly there. Magnus' is about half done.

Each of these CGs is actually a CG set with at least one variation. For some characters these variations are very simple - characters moving their hands to a new position or closing their eyes. But unfortunately for a lot of the characters, these CG variations are a little more involved than that. For some characters I was able to reuse most of the lines or shading across the variations but for other characters I essentially had to re-draw the entire CG.

I didn't quite get through with them all - as I said, Maggie's is still in progress.

There's not a whole lot to talk about since all I did was draw this week (unless everyone wants to be regaled with how my arms - both of them - are protesting. LoL)

Because I was drawing CG sets, it feels like I drew more than just five CGs. I still have to recolour and code all the CGs since I was mostly focused on drawing and didn't bother to get any of them coded just yet.

So yeah, that's pretty much it!

Sneak Peeks and Previews:

Sadly I really can't show off full CGs since these are important ones. So you just get teasers in the update this week. And since there is kissing...you get some lips. (Don't worry - everyone gets ACTUAL lip contact in at least one variation of the CG set. LoL)

Upcoming Week:

Just CGs.

I have to finish Maggie's mid-route kiss. And I'm contemplating re-doing Ari's final variation (or at least part of) because I feel it's the weakest kiss CG (also the first one I did) and I really want it to be on par with the others. 

It's just messy and not as good. So. . Yeah.

And after that. . .the remaining CGs.

I ended up Making this chart just to help me visualise what CGs I have left. (You can see that I have Maggie's kiss CG counted as complete here. That was just for convenience.

There are...a lot of CGs. LoL

I feel like I may have over-done it. But I hope it will be worth it. ;A;

Anyway, that's all for now! I may do a kiss CG post for higher patrons later this week - at least showing off one of the variations of each set. Just a little sneak peek for anyone who wants it. But it'll have to be after the remaining ones are done!

I managed to snag a few additional beta players (not really testers - just players) to play the game content and I've been really enjoying and appreciating their reactions. It's given me a much needed confidence boost. So that's been fun as well. OwO I'm really excited to release this game. S O O N (relatively.)
