2024-01-12 22:42:04 +0000 UTCThe hate is from the subpar acting from beyonce. I like beyonce. I love her MUSIC but she is not a great actress. The hate is also from the recycled storyline. This storyline has been done many times before this movie and much better. You're young and wouldn't know that but the grandfather of this story came out in the 80s. It's called Fatal Attraction with Glenn close and Michael Douglas. Since that film was so successful and still plays well today they have had tons of movies trying to recreate that masterpiece. So for some of us old heads, who are closer to beyonce abs jay z age any movie like this will be compared. Trust me, they saw fatal attraction. However i will say that watching movies with you that I didn't like or weren't crazy about are a little better to me because of your reaction added to it. I never thought this was a bad movie, I just never thought it was good or great. I just thought it was ok or average. This is your first movie with this storyline as well as I think it's the first for a lot of your patreons, so it seems fresh to you but it's not. This storyline was a big deal through the 80s and earlier 90s and done to death. This is one of the few and first black versions of this story. But the one that started out off and the best by far, Fatal Attraction 1987. If ya know, ya know. Great reaction as always. You make these movies better and more enjoyable. Thank you.
