Switching our Patreon to EUR

We've switched our Patreon to EUR as a default currency, this should save us on fees, conversion instabilities and general transactional overhead in the future.
What does this effectively mean for OpenTrackr's Patreon?
Not much, other than a slightly more cost effective and more stable monthly donation revenue for OpenTrackr.
As a current subscriber/donator in USD, do I need to do anything?
You don't need to do anything. However if your native currency is not USD, possibly you and OpenTrackr would benefit from switching the currency to EUR.
Your side: When your card is charged, you pay some currency conversion fees that are lost to the payment provider (if your native currency isn't USD)
Our side: When payments are made to us in USD, we have to pay 2.5% in conversion fees.
If you don't switch your currency to EUR, your donations will get processed exactly the same as you're used to.
