After the recent black-and-white series, here’s a splash of color again.
Many of you probably saw my post before Madeira, where I was looking for a sponsor for a pair of boots. In return, the sponsor receives a print, behind-the-scenes material, and exclusive early access to the photos—six months before their public release.

Even though it stings a little not to be able to share the images for such a long time, I still think the whole idea is really cool. Aside from the fact that I absolutely love the boots, it’s a special feeling to know that someone gets something truly exclusive—something that won’t be available again in the same way.

Originally, we had just planned to take a few behind-the-scenes shots. But shortly before Madeira, Ingo got a phone mount for his camera, which allowed us to film the entire set. That added a whole new dimension and really gives you the feeling of being there.

And I don’t think this will be the last project like this :)

Nach der letzten Schwarz-Weiß-Serie hier mal wieder ein bisschen Farbe.
Die meisten von euch haben vermutlich meinen Post vor Madeira gesehen, in dem ein Sponsor für ein Stiefelpaar gesucht wurde. Als Gegenleistung bekommt dieser einen Print, Behind-the-Scenes-Material und exklusiven Zugang zu den Bildern – sechs Monate vor der Veröffentlichung.

Auch wenn es mir ein kleines bisschen das Herz bricht, dass ich die Bilder so lange nicht zeigen kann, finde ich die Aktion trotzdem richtig cool. Ganz abgesehen davon, dass ich die Stiefel liebe, ist es einfach ein schönes Gefühl, dass jemand wirklich etwas Exklusives bekommt – etwas, das es so nicht noch einmal geben wird.

Ursprünglich war nur geplant, ein paar BTS-Bilder zu machen. Aber kurz vor Madeira hat Ingo noch eine Handyhalterung für seine Kamera besorgt, womit wir das komplette Set filmen konnten. Das schafft einfach nochmal eine ganz andere Ebene und vermittelt wirklich das Gefühl, mit dabei zu sein.

Und ich glaube, das war nicht die letzte Aktion dieser Art :)
