Time for some honesty

I always felt conscious about my body, especially my belly, and when I saw the first version of this picture, I felt terrible because there was a small belly pouch visible. Unfortunately, I don't have the original anymore, and I'm definitely not proud of asking someone to photoshop my body. Don't get me wrong, I love this photo, but I'm not yet able to enjoy its full composition as I always feel guilty when seeing it. Using Photoshop is normal, I know that. And bodies get altered all the time. I just don't want to feed into this system, and therefore also into my insecurities, by actively asking for my body to be photoshopped.
To the photographers here: To what extend are you using Photoshop on your models?

This body of yours is so beautiful, I mean the lines between light and shadow and your firm figure. Would love the original even more I guess. :)
