Like every animator of this genre, he also tries to take care of every detail in his animations. Smooth movements, facial expressions, and good voice acting.
However, I didn't think he could create great animations using character models from World of Warcraft. Unfortunately, he had legal problems with it (which he doesn't mention in the interview, which I have to respect his decision) but he still creates great animations.
