Toothless would definitely be much more maneuverable. Similar to how your hand can move much faster than a fly's top speed, but the fly being more maneuverable gives it the advantage.

2024-06-29 21:42:23 +0000 UTCI enjoyed it, fun fact: people who are shorter reach their top speed faster so off the block they are usually faster and are quicker in corners, people that are taller have longer strides so will need more momentum until they reach their topspeed, so long straight distance running they are usually faster but smaller are more agile around corners and begin speed. So different races depend on who has more of an advantage
