This magical belt is made from twisted rope tied with an expert nautical knot. While wearing this belt, you gain proficiency in vehicles (water) and a swim speed of 30 feet. If you already have a swim speed of 30 feet or more, wearing the belt increases it by an additional 30 feet. You also have an insatiable desire to drink grog and sing sea shanties.
