Photoshop Extension Beta!
Added 2018-12-12 23:04:43 +0000 UTCGood news, everyone! The Photoshop extension is close enough to being ready that I'll let you install it now!
Currently, it supports:
- Character search & view,
- Interactive color swatches,
- Image preview, open, and place.
The extension Should be supported on all versions of Adobe Photoshop CC. It's been tested on CC 2019.
To install:
1) Go to zxpinstaller.com and grab their tool, this will make life easier.
2) Download the latest version of the extension (1.0.106 as of this post): https://github.com/Refsheet/RefsheetArtistExtension/releases/download/v1.0.106/RefsheetArtistApp-1.0.106.zxp
3) Use the ZXP installer to install the extension, enjoy!
If you're curious about future updates, you can check out the link below to see all releases. Just download the *.zxp file attached to one and install:

The extension should work on Mac, but ZXPInstaller might not without a security exception. If it says it's untrusted, you might need to enable an exception. The easiest way to do this is to ctrl+click (cmd+click?) or right click > Open the file. Comment below if you get it to work, please!
Updates!
Most updates to the extension will happen automatically, but you will have to reinstall for any major changes to the actual Photoshop bits. Eventually, the extension will notify you when it's time to update.

2018-12-13 02:44:48 +0000 UTCSure! Right now username search isn't available, but you can search for just the name using something like: name ~ Hester That will for any name containing "Hester". For exact search, use an = sign: name = Hester You can currently search by name, about, species, likes, and dislikes. You can combine queries with "and" or "or". This also works on the main site!

I have a question (and possibly a suggestion) for you. c: I have a character uploaded onto refsheet.net who's simply named "Rud." When I search for her in the extension (and the website itself), I get between 800-900~ results, many of which appear to not have "Rud" in their name at all. Similarly, my character named "Hester" brings up a lot of results for characters named "Chester" instead. Is there a way for me to search for the character + the artist who created them? Or is there possibly a way to search for a precise character name without any unrelated names popping up? If not, those are my biggest suggestions currently! Thank you so much for making this, I'm looking forward to using it more and more in the future!
