Kara the Gym Conqueror - pt 1

 

The Gym Conqueror

Kara was a little thing at 5’1” tall and 100lbs soaking wet. And she hated it. She had always been an admirer of muscle. Since she was a kid, she had followed bodybuilding, even the local bodybuilding shows. She even tried building her own body, but she just didn’t have the metabolism for it. Sure, she saw results, developing a ripped six pack abs, and cut, defined arms and legs. But she lacked any sort of mass.

That was all going to change today. She had put on some super-stretchy spandex shorts and a matching spandex sports bra underneath a cotton tank top. She was on her way to the World of Muscle gym, the local gym where all the biggest meatheads hung out. Today, she would become one of them. 

When she stepped into the gym, she got odd glances from the overly muscular patrons, men and women, who frequented the place. Her physique was out of place among the muscle heads around her. But Kara just shrugged off their patronizing stares. Soon, they would be staring for another reason.

She made her way over to the bench press first. Despite her small stature, she had gotten pretty strong, and loaded two thirty-five pound plates onto the forty-five pound bar. Normally, that would be a heavy lift day for her. Today, it would be her warm up.

A thick meathead wearing a thin tank top and too-short shorts snickered over and said, “Hey little girl, you might want to ease up on the weight for your first workout. You sure you’re at the right gym? There’s a foofy fitness club just down the road.”

Kara just glared at him. He chuckled and went back to his workout. Kara laid down under the bar, grasped it with her hands, and pushed. The weights shifted with a metallic clang, her arms shook, and the bar rose slowly. She exhaled and brought the weight to her chest, her cut triceps flaring.

As she slowly powered the bar up, her arms shook. Another meat-headed patron, this one wearing oversized sweatpants and and a tiny tank top, snickered. “Hey kid, you’re gonna blow a gasket if you keep that up!”

Kara only grit her teeth and let her seething anger help her push the bar harder. She managed to get it all the way up. Her pecs, small though they may be now, were rippling with definition. She huffed a big breath, feeling her heart racing. It was starting. She could feel it.

She slowly let the bar fall to her chest, sucked in another huge breath, and pushed. The rose faster this time, and more smoothly. Kara also felt her chest muscles bunch up, she could almost feel them growing. That excited her. 

Too small shorts guy and oversized sweatpants guy were both watching her, discretely at first, but now they were staring. They watched as Kara brought the weight down four more times, and push it back up, more smoothly each time. She finally racked the weight and jumped off the bench. With a huge grin, she immediately loaded fifty more pounds on to the bar, bringing the total weight up to 195 lbs.

“Hey, kid, maybe you should slow down,” too short shorts guy said.

Kara chuckled. “Oh hell no. I’m just getting warmed up!”

She quickly slipped under the bar and wrapped her fingers around it. She grit her teeth and pushed, trying to lift an amount of weight she had never lifted before. At first, nothing happened, other than her face turning red, and veins beginning to rise to the surface of her forehead. Then she felt it - her chest muscles bunched up, then rumbled, stretching her top. The bar rose.

Kara huffed as the two meatheads stared, slack-jawed. She let the weight drop, then pushed a hard, slow, steady rep. Her chest looked insane, with bulging, striated sinew showing through the tank top. She began grinning wildly when the weight reached the top. She was doing it!

Then she did another rep. Then another. Then ten. Then fifteen, moving the weight faster and faster. The muscles all across her upper torso responded, engorging, bulging, and stretching her top. Her pecs inflated, her triceps expanded with big horse-shoe bulges, and even her shoulders thickened. She now filled out the tank top nearly to bursting.

“Holy shit!” oversized sweat pants guy exclaimed.

“You haven’t seen anything yet,” Kara hissed. Suddenly she sat up, hoisting the bar above her head. She could feel her abs contract and ripple, bulging with greater size. Her shoulders expanded out almost immediately as she hefted the big weight overhead. Then she started doing shoulder presses.

“What the fuck…” too-short shorts guy said. 

Kara laughed. Then she stood. Her thighs bulged with growth and her calves flared. She started doing thrusters, squatting down low before pushing the weight up above her head with an explosive movement. Her whole body seemed to expand, and tears started forming in her shorts as her thick thighs and bulging glutes expanded. Her upper body became so packed with muscle that her tank top started tearing down the middle.

After twenty reps, she dropped the weight with a huge crash. The two meatheads in the gym just stared, dumbfounded.
