The NF Patreon Referral Giveaway!

Hey there, Force fans! Time for our next giveaway – but this one with much better odds to win if you keep helping us grow!

We've done well here on Patreon thus far, leaping up to over 2,100 subscribers and clearing our first three goals in just two months' time – but I'm asking for everyone's help to keep bringing more new subscribers into the NF family! There's a significant price break with our printing company if we order 3,000 copies of any given issue versus the 2,000 that is their minimum production amount, and it would be huge to be able to get to that point – giving me personally a lot more breathing room on the financial side of running this whole operation and further helping us benefit you guys with more new goodies and enhancements to the new issues coming your way.

To encourage your assistance in recruiting your friends, family members and random StreetPass acquaintances to sign up here at Patreon.com/NintendoForce and keep our subscriber count climbing, I'm kicking off our first Referral Giveaway today! Previously, every patron has been entered in every giveaway here by default, so your odds at winning the prize if we did another giveaway in that same style would be about 1 in 2,100 now – not that great. With a Referral Giveaway, your odds of victory are much, much, much better!

How to Enter

To begin with, right when this post goes live, no one is entered in the giveaway yet. You enter by referring a new subscriber to sign up here at Patreon.com/NintendoForce, like this:

1. You tell a friend or family member how awesome NF Magazine is.

2. They come to this Patreon page and sign up.

3. They send an email to Referral@NFMagazine.com telling me your name and email address, so I can know that you were the one who referred them to subscribe.

4. You're then entered to win! 

The prize this time is two copies of Hyrule Warriors Legends; one for you for doing the work of recruiting, and one for them for following through and actually signing up as a new subscriber. Not bad, huh?

It gets better! If more than 50 new subscribers sign up as a result of this Referral Giveaway, I'll double the prize so that two of you referrers will win. If 50 more sign up beyond that, three winners will be selected, and so on and so forth – so your odds of being selected to win will never be any worse than 1 in 50! Quite a bit better than 1 in 2,100, I'm sure you'd agree.

Rules & Other Details

1. There's a time limit to enter: I'll cut entries off at 6:00 p.m. Eastern on Thursday, March 24. That's 10 days from now, the day before Hyrule Warriors Legends goes on sale in stores here in North America.

2. If you've already pre-ordered Hyrule Warriors Legends or simply would prefer a different game, you can substitute any upcoming 3DS title to be your prize instead if you're selected as the winner.

3. This giveaway's open for our patrons in all regions. If you live in Europe and you're picked as a winner, we'd send you your region-appropriate version of the game instead of a North American copy.

4. Both you and the new subscriber you recruit must be patrons at the Digital Subscription level or above.

5. If you recruit more than one new subscriber, then yes, you can be entered to win more than once! Recruit two, five, nine different new subscribers and I'll be more than happy to toss your same name into the hat multiple times. So go for it!
