A Quick Look Forward at Version 0.7

With version 0.7 I want to make an update that focuses more on fleshing out and expanding content across the board. Here are some preliminary plans for what I want to achieve with this release. Note that this is not a guarantee that these things will be implemented but I’ll do my best to get as much of it in as I can.

 I will be uploading the new content here as I go so expect some juicy stuff soon!

Oh, also! Joint events between two girls feel pretty convoluted to watch—many of them being mutually exclusive and requiring unintuitive playing. I would just recommend a similar thing where once the two characters have passed the required stages (or one is at the stage and the other is past it) you just gain access to it in the memories menu!

Game is great! One major recommendation I'd make would be for it to be possible to see events you missed even after a character has passed the specified stage—I feel like 90% of the game's content is very easy to miss you'd have to have a super convoluted plan just to see 30% of 'em in a single run. Once again, though, game is brilliant. Looking forward to the future!

After being able to play a few times now, I've got some thoughts together. First of all, it's incredible how fast this project is growing (HA!) and improving. Crazy to think about how this started off with 3 gals with 3 stages. It's been very cool seeing all the improvements, especially with your spritework. (I understand your desire to give older sprites a new coat of paint; you've acquired plenty of new art skills since the OG sprites were made.) - Anyways, to start, some bug report stuff. Unfortunately I've still had issues with the game forgetting things, mainly the menu tabs for girls' weight over time, and their daily schedule. Both of these still reset upon closing and opening the game. - There's one that causes a crash (that you can luckily just rewind out of) if Lily breaks a clothing item right at the start of an event. Seems to happen with both player-controlled (hangouts/stat training) and involuntary events. Maybe the check to see if she's outgrown clothing could just trigger *after* an event occurs? (I don't know how to code, so forgive me if that's entirely incorrect.) - This next one isn't really a bug I suppose, but I finally realized why I kept "missing" events. *Travel time.* Currently, if you see a red "!" on the map, it's a sign to head there. However, the event can be easily missed. Say a girl is at a location until 3pm. If, at 2:30pm, the player attempts to travel to the location, and travel takes 1 hour, you will arrive at 3:30pm, and she will no longer be there. Perhaps make it so that the girl(s) with an available event stay in the location the player is travelling to? - Somewhat related to events and travelling, if an event occurs and time advances past the time the girl involved would normally stay at that location, sometimes her sprite will stick around afterwards. Sometimes this can be fixed by entering and leaving the Interact menu. - Lastly, there are still instances of text overflowing the text box. Always once it reaches 4 lines of text. Now, for reactions to some of your future plans. First of all, holy shit I love the new girls. At first I thought 3 more characters would make the game too bloated (HA HA!) but you definitely have a way of making them really engaging and fun to interact with. *Very* excited to see their new sprites and dialogue. - As for outfits, I feel like gym and casual clothes are a good candidate as well. Perhaps different outfits could have different poses. For example, Sherry's current outfit I'd assume would be her "work" outfit, with her pose waving her butt in our face. For a casual outfit, she could be facing the player instead, with her belly/chest "on display." Speaking of Sherry, in one of her events (I think stage 7 or 8?) there's mention of a red full-body jumpsuit for her sponsorship. Perhaps outfits like this can be one-offs for events that feature them? Another thing with outfits would be likelihood of them appearing in locations. I feel like the dorm can logically have any outfit show up, but it wouldn't make sense for swimsuits to be worn at the Mall, Cafe, Club, or Burger Joint. Meanwhile, there's a bit of sense to have a one worn at the Gym if we assume there's a pool. Likewise, Casual or Gym outfits could be worn anywhere, but would be more likely in places like the Gym or Club. - Balancing needs a pass in my opinion. Mainly with affection points. At some of the later stages it gets really hard to actually be able to do any activities with the girls, reaching up to 80-something points for a hangout. You end up having to feed them so much that they reach their next stage before you see more than 2 or 3 different events at her current weight stage. Also, inviting definitely takes too many points. I barely had a chance to use it. I feel like hangouts shouldn't go higher than say, 35, with an invite adding 10 to 20 percent in "price." Other half of balancing would be money. The first couple of days can leave you strapped for cash, but you quickly build up a massive surplus. If you want it to really play into the gameplay loop, the auto cash might have to just be removed, and replaced with events to earn money. Or minigames. I do remember the tetris game from way back. Perhaps little games like mixing drinks at the Club/Bar, making meals at the Cafe/Burger Joint, etc. - As for the plan to make feeding feature a minigame? I think it would be a bad call. A big focus of this game is definitely belly stuffing and getting to see the overfed sprites, and it requires a lot of food, save for a few certain items. Adding a minigame will probably feel very repetitive and tedious. However! I think that (like the above idea for "Work" minigames) it would be feasible to have minigames tied to hangouts and solo events, like the cardio and weights at the gym.

great roadmap, cant wait to see how it goes! deff would love to see more of the characters interacting with the mc gaining weight, and events for that, and maybe encouraging it or something alike. either way, love it

I loved that update. Ashley immediately became my favourite. That motherly and teasing attitude reminds me a little bit of Akeno in High School DxD lol. Her last event where you can feed her is absolutely nice. Can't wait for her new stages. I really like the game so far and love how every girl has its unique character traits and features. I think that makes the game really enjoyable and more likely to be played again. Thanks for this amazing art and keep up the good work!

IMO, Music is *not* a priority unless you have something specific and thematic in mind. Anyone who wants BGM can put whatever they like on their media player of choice, and everyone else will just mute the audio anyway.

Hi! First of all, I really enjoyed the new update. It’s definitely an excellent improvement, and I honestly like the game a lot. There’s no rush at all, but I think it would be excellent if some little things could be improved. For example, when a character reaches the next stage of weight gain, it would be great if all the events and hangouts from the previous stage automatically unlocked. Sometimes characters gain weight too quickly, and it becomes difficult to experience all the events because you don’t have enough affection to take them everywhere without feeding them. It would also be nice if affection could be gained without food. I noticed that inspecting a character gives 10 affection, but if you try to repeat it, you can’t gain any more.

Yeah with hazel I've found myself leaving her at stage 6 as it's the last stage before she wears the trackwear (though stage 9 fullness 3 is very good).

After playing 6.0, I like a lot of what you have planned here. In general I really love your sprites and the writing in the game is also really good, so take everything I'm saying with a grain of salt. I love the idea of level 10 for the girls, especially after Hazel's stage 9 event and some of her dialog about becoming immobile soon. I'm also a big supporter of different angles or views of the girls in certain circumstances. I didn't think I'd like Momo all that much, but she and Riley were both great and I can't wait to see them get bigger. Ashley on the other hand creeped me out a bit with her eyes always closed and some of her sprites of her mouth having skin colored pixels in them. I also feel like after the last few updates I can put my finger on why later stage Hazel lost some of her charm. In her early stages her bust and her thighs become more and more exposed as she gains so she feels a bit like an hourglass and those seem like features for her, but she loses them when she covers up, which is kind of the opposite of what happens to the other five who all seem to have their features further emphasized by their new outfits. In terms of feeding mechanics, I think level four fullness would be cool, albeit a lot of work. In general feeding seems to be more about getting some dialog and helping the girls level up to the next weight stage. After that it's all about management of time, money, and whatever stats you've buffed like stamina or eating speed. The unique text for favorite foods is good, but I think there needs to be more from the girls when you're feeding them in terms of them asking for more or them talking to the PC rather than just being observed. Maybe selecting the right foods in combination with high affection allows you more time, or they'll push their limits, etc. Audio will help too, as long as it isn't just the same three sounds over and over again. In any case, really great work with everything, I can't wait for previews for the next update.

Hugely exciting. This is by far the most evolved and original WG game out there right now, the characters are great and it's a blast to play. May just be me but it would be nice to see a character who, y'know, doesn't love being fat. It feels like all of the characters switch into loving it very quickly.

Sounds great, I really like the idea of adding extra poses and outfits since the sprites are pretty uniform rn. I'm curious what you have in mind for quests, would it just be like getting specific items for the girls?

All of the characters are already huge at stages 7 and 8, so I can't even imagine what stage 10 would look like. With such sizes, have you thought about implementing immobility into the game in the future, or do you not care for that aspect of weight gain?

You have some very big goals for this game but looking at the list, I feel that it's an even bigger challenge than v0.6. Do you have a team helping you make this game? I wish I could help, I am a composer and can somewhat make art
