Preview: Academy and Other Additions

The Academy will be located Downtown and accessible to all non-Bimbos who have obtained a Letter of Recommendation in Act 2. Inside is a number of random lessons and events that can occur that raise your education, which in turn grants access to the before mentioned Potions system.
Initial release will be rather gutted compared to what I want to be included due to other issues and life problems. Getting up every 2 hours to let my dog out to pee due to her UTI doesn't exactly do wonders for one's workflow.
Other additions and changes include (finally) a skip for the Northern Road sequence if you've already fully completed it, as well as a cooldown on the Polar Bear event, only allowing it fire once every 4 event passages. Both changes should lessen the emotional and spiritual burden of the entire sequence while I think up a proper revamp.
0.37 release should still be around this same time next week.
