Wildlander 1.1.3 Hotfix, fixes missing faces and missing XP at player crafting

Just a small fix for 1.1.2 users whose characters were missing their faces (yikes), and a fix to crafting XP not firing from the player crafting menu.
If you load into the game and your face is still missing, please
- Open the developer console with tilde (~)
- Type showracemenu, and hit Enter
- In the character creation, set your headpart to 1
This should magically re-appear your missing face.
Saves are safe for anyone on 1.1.0, 1.1.0.1, or 1.1.2. (As always, 1.0.0 will require a new save.)
