Problem with some old saves

It seems that we had some error in our v 0.9 version. We are trying to fix it. For now only solution is to start a new game or use some even older save (v 0.8) .

Yeah, I didn't have access to the new content with my latest save, either, but then I tried the save before that when I still had one "quest" left to go and when I finished that quest I did have access to the new content.
