Fix - Whores of Thrones Prologue

- Fixed a bug where the "calendar" button turned on before the map screen. (Crash)
Note that if you have a save from 0.1, the button won't activate until you
leave and return to the map screen.
- Added a "Patrons" screen acknowledging our big contributors. This will be updated
with each release.
