I was surprised at how fleshed out they were, as I usually run out of steam when writing rules, but these seem to be almost complete. A word of caution, they are extremely clunky and not how I would write rules now, but might be of interest to someone out there. If I find time, I may take another look at them and see if I can trim them down a bit and make them more playable than they currently stand. It would certainly give me an excuse to buy the Blue Moon gangster figures I've had my eye on for a while...
